Early melanoma symptoms
The most important precautionary melanoma symptom is a change of the size, the form or color of birthmarks or other tumor of a skin, for example as birthmark. It is recommended to observe changes which occur after the period of one month by 1-2 years. Rules ABCD of the American Ant carcinogenic society of the Skin should be used to estimate skin changes, and you should consult to the family doctor if you test one of the following changes:

Melanoma
• A is for asymmetry. Half of birthmark or skin tumor are not imposed with other half
• B is for irregular edges (border). Edges are fragmentary, gear or polluted
• C is for color. Pigmentation is not homogeneous. Shades brown, brown and black are present. Red lines, white and dark blue, are added to occurrence of godforsaken places. Change of distribution of colors, especially distributions of color from pier edge to surrounding skin, is also early melanoma symptoms
• D is for diameter. The birthmark or tumor of the skin is more than 6 mm (0.2) or the size of elastic band of a pencil. Any increase in a pier should be an anxiety signal.
Melanoma symptoms in the case of a mole include changes in:
• Height – such as intrusion is detailed or lifting of a pier which was in the habit to be flat
• Surface – as a redness, a tumor or occurrence of new small stains of color around the larger damages (satellite pigmentation)
• Sensations of an itch, tingling or burning to damage level
• Fragile sequence, soft with small parts that rupture easily.
Melanoma can develop on existing to a pier or other mark of the skin, but often it develops on the part of free skin, without any sign. Even if melanoma can develop somewhere on the skin, it occurs usually in a breast and in men and women and standing in women. Less frequent it can develop standing, hands, nail bed or in mucous membranes which level body cavities, such as mouth, rectum and vagina.
At many other illnesses (such as seborrheic keratosis, warts and carcinoma of the bottom cage) are similar features of melanoma, including the same melanoma symptoms.
Late melanoma symptoms

Classification of Melanoma
The late symptoms of melanoma include:
• Ulcer damage of the skin or bleeding from pier or other color damage of the skin
• Pain in piers or damages.
The symptoms of metastatic melanoma can be uncertain and include:
• Lymphadenitis (swollen lymph knots), especially tonsils in armpit or in stomach
• The discolored part of the skin or thick part under the skin
• Not explained loss of weight
• Leather grey
The most widespread melanoma reasons are:
• Exposure to ultra-violet radiation (ULTRA-VIOLET) between hours of 10-15 hours and exposion to the big heights
• DNA damage in melanocytes after exposion to sunlight and ULTRA-VIOLET, radiation with short length of the wave which are the most important factor which causes melanoma
• To solar the body is exposed ULTRA-VIOLET which also increase risk developing of melanoma
• The ozone layer exhaustion can mention considerably disease of melanoma. It is considered that there is 1 %-s’ increase in disease of melanoma with each percent of ozone layer thinning
• In families of melanoma (repeated cases of melanoma in the same family)
• Atypical piers
• The weakened immune system, especially those with body change, a leukemia or lymphoma.
